Welcome to the inaugural issue of “Argano PMO Insights”! I am delighted to be a contributor to the first newsletter from your Argano Project Management Office.
The Argano PMO was established in early 2021 with the first 3 joiners. Since then, it has expanded and grown with the addition of each new joiner, and continues to represent the ever expanding breadth of Argano. A very special thank-you to Melissa Kane who has led this team since its inception.
Our project management services have never been more important than they are today. Constantly evolving technology, ongoing product changes, continuous methodology variations, team skillset gaps and ever-increasing client expectations are just a few of the ongoing challenges faced by our Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators. The Argano PMO is here to help our extended PM team navigate and thrive through multiple channels and programs.
One of those programs is Argano Intelligent Project Insights 360 (IPI360). Recently launched, IPI360 is a modern project feedback framework that augments the traditional measures of budget, timeline and scope. It is one of our key delivery differentiators, providing value to our clients, to our implementation team, and to Argano.
