Hi everyone,
I want to discuss the idea that engaged stakeholders are the only measure of success that really counts on an Argano project. I will also offer some ideas on how to enhance engagement, but for the moment, let’s return to my premise. Surely, there are other metrics by which we should track success, e.g., on-budget, on-schedule, but any other metric can be significantly impacted by our success or failure with winning over our stakeholders.
Stakeholder engagement is the discovery of and connecting with people affected by or affecting a project to encourage them to actively participate. If we do this well, we can count on their commitment which drives improved decision-making, improved project planning and an improved likelihood of success.
How then, do we maintain the nirvana state of the engaged stakeholder? Many clues can be found in the articles below which I encourage you to digest. In the meantime, here are a few ideas that I gleaned.
