Dear PMO Community,
Welcome to the May issue of "Argano PMO Insights. It is my pleasure to share this month’s newsletter from the Argano Project Management Office. In October 2022, the PMO Leaders from across Argano met to propose the structure for an Enterprise Project Management Office that would support the independence of the towers but unify us with standardization and common goals. In 2023 we are looking to execute those goals. This includes providing a standard set of Project Management tools that support multiple delivery methodologies. Over the year, you will be introduced to new tools, including Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Smart Sheets, and IPI360. The Argano PMO is committed to helping you with training and usage. Here are some ways you can stay informed:
- Continue to read this PMO Insights Journal monthly.
- Follow the Project Management Yammer channel for regular communications.
- Follow the APMO SharePoint site for a link to training and templates.
- Check out the ULearn Training paths, with more content to come.
Thank you for your engagement. Please enjoy this month’s articles from AITS Newsletter archives that look at the value of a PMO. I look forward to collaborating in future months. Melissa Kane
